Bolton and Southfields have newer subdivisions with builder-grade drywall that’s rarely seen a proper primer coat. Caledon East, Alton and Inglewood have older homes and converted farmhouses with real wood trim, plaster walls and the kind of settling cracks you’d expect from a building that’s been standing for decades. Then there are the larger estate properties out toward the escarpment — bigger exteriors, longer driveways, and often a barn or outbuilding that needs attention too.

Because the properties out here are so spread out and so different from each other, we don’t treat a Caledon quote like a Mississauga condo quote. We come look at the actual property, account for the size, the surfaces, and the access, and give you one number in writing before anything starts.
